DEFINITY PC Console is a Windows based Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software application designed to provide an alternative to the traditional 302 attendant console and provide flexibility to attendants that need access to other application (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).

PC Console is compatible with DEFINITY G1, G3 and ProLogix systems and includes Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and ODBC support, that permits standards based integration of information from diverse databases throughout the customers network (e.g. DEFINITY, human resources, network users, inventory, asset management).

PC Console is designed to redefine the intelligence of the DEFINITY by providing a much more sophisticated answering position at the "front-end" of the switch, i.e., the console operator position. Release 2.5 of PC Console delivers several new features and performance enhancement. It supports our commitment to deliver high quality, easy to use applications that keep pace with the evolution of technology. This includes leveraging the 32 bit operating system environment, delivering support for new protocols such as LDAP and adding feature enhancements to the product based on customer input.
