Integrated Management Basic Administration Tools expands beyond the capabilities of the Standard Integrated Management offer included as part of a Communication Manager order.  Basic Administration Tools adds licenses for administering and managing fault and performance for a network of voice systems with Avaya System Administration, and allows enterprises to manage adds, changes, backups, and broadcasts of recorded announcements over the LAN to Avaya Communication Manager or DEFINITY Release 9.5 or greater systems with Avaya Voice Announcement Manager.

Integrated Management Release 3.0 introduces new applications and capabilities that significantly enhance management productivity for distributed branch office environments. The offers are available in a new structure that provides greater flexibility for enterprises to match Integrated Management applications for their management requirements.  VoIP Monitoring is now a standalone offer that does not require any other application to run.  The Communication Management System Management offer, which includes only the advanced management tools for Communication Manager, can now be purchased as an optional complement to any of the other primary Integrated Management offers.  The previous Integrated Management Advanced Converged, Enhanced Converged, and Standard Management Plus offers are retired and no longer orderable.
